Firecord – Paracord with an additional inner strand of cord that is a waterproof tinder for starting fires. simple remove the red cord from within (Other cordage is white in colour). Put spark or flame to the tinder and it will hold a small flame like a candle.

Fire Pistons – Used for over 100 years, a fire piston is a device of ancient origin which is used to kindle fire. It uses rapid air compression to heat up and ignite piece of tinder, which can then be then used to set light to kindling.
